HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS SHIPPED? HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Kollab currently uses Australia Post and Aramex to send our products around the world.
- Shipping is based on weight and area.
- Express shipping available in some areas and orders will be dispatched within one business day. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to send your order express.
Orders including any PRE ORDER items will be shipped once all items are in stock, unless ordered separately.
If you're happy for your parcel to be left in safe place if no one is home, please advise us at time of placing your order. If your parcel is left at a post office for collection in the event that no one is home and is not collected in time before being returned to sender, additional postage fees will apply to resend the parcel.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently offer international shipping to the following locations. US, Japan, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore & New Zealand. Rates are calculated according to total order weight. Please contact us directly in regards to international shipping rates over 2kg. Email: email@example.com
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES?
Yes! We can delivery to PO Box addresses.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Yes you can. You will however need to cover the cost of the postage for the replacement item to be sent out once we receive your returned item.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORK ADDRESS?
Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
If you would like to return your item/s, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. Please note, Kollab applies a handling fee of $7.95 for all returned items with the exception of faulty goods. This fee is applied to the sale price of the returned products and you shall be issued with a refund for the balance. When purchasing you acknowledge that the fee is a genuine pre-estimate of the costs incurred by the return of the goods.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or offer an item exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Gift cards, sale & clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?
Please note we have a 3 month warranty on all our goods. If something is faulty, we will happily meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a like for like replacement of the same product.
